Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after our daily order cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently offer the following shipping option within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $4.99
Estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days.
The estimated delivery time includes both order processing time (1–2 business days) and carrier transit time (4–9 business days).
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
